To me, every student is unique and special and even though I teach group classes, I always adjust each of my students because I know by experience that that's what will make a difference. It's the quickest way to see and get results.
And I want you to see results, the same ones I saw one and which I see every day.
Hence, the quick results I notice in my classes, from a greater tranquility to face the daily challenges and even to sleep better, to the wonderful feeling of feeling not only more agile and lighter but also physically stronger and mentally focused.
I celebrate each and every one of my students' progress, every achievement, every advance, that motivates me and motivates you to carry on.
In addition, I hope to make my students' experience as pleasant as possible, for them to come out of class relaxed and experience positive changes, physical and even emotional improvements. And it happens!
Professional biography
My main qualifications include an International Certification from the Yoga Alliance (200h) and the Yoga of Orthos Advanced Program (500h + 120h) which includes the Programming of the Official State Professionalism Certificate (I concluded both trainings with the highest grades).
I also have a Fitness and Sports diploma from Orthos (200h) that trains me as a physical trainer.
Acupuncture-MTc Diploma and Herbology and Herbal Diet Diploma, Heilpraktiker Institut, whose clinical subjects correspond to those of the German Heilpraktiker official program.
Degree as University Expert in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Universidad Unir.

And I am currently studying a Master in Cooking and Vegetarian Nutrition at the Ana Moreno School.
And for those who are curious, my original bachelor was in Anglo-Germanic Philology, from the University of Barcelona.
Personal biography
Years ago, when I was driving from northern Germany to Spain and when I was just outside Barcelona I had an accident (due to fatigue), the car ended up as scraps, but that same afternoon I was already working obsessively on my laptop.
That accident, however, was very important in my life, as I realized that something wasn't right, that I didn't have a proper quality of life, that I need to change.
I'd been living a working for years in the beautiful city of Hamburg (Germany), where for years I was in charge of the Spanish department of a multinational computer company, I submerged into work, body and soul, and I must say that I'm very proud of the work that I did in all those years.
But the pressure of working in such an important company harms your health, I always felt tired, I worked long hours, it affected my sleep and I always had a cold, and above all, everything affected me emotionally.
At that time, the world of natural therapy had already caught my attention, and I was already in one of the countries that's given more importance to naturism and which has more representatives in it. However, it wasn't until I returned to my beloved Barcelona that I began to delve deeper into all of this.
After that accident, I began to study natural therapies and at the same time I resumed, little by little, sports activities, every day I felt better, but what really changed my life the most, was yoga.
As I girl, I always has respiratory problems, always had a cold, even though I was a good swimmer, I always found it had to swim because I couldn't breathe properly, since yoga became part of my life that changed, I could do laps and laps without getting tired and what's better, I could breathe! But that wasn't all, I started sleeping at night, I got up in a better mood, more rested and with more energy. I was able to resume other sports and I started eating more healthily, I saw remarkable improvements in all aspects of my life.
All this prompted me to get certified in yoga and start studying naturopathy, acupuncture and nutrition. Little by little I began practicing what I was studying and my life began to change for the better. My weight regulated, my sleep did too, my energy and concentration increased, the back of my neck didn't hurt anymore, my skin problems disappeared and my mood stabilized.
Currently I combine my initial professional practice with yoga classes and nutritional counseling, but I look at work with in a different way, that's why I know that if I can have a demanding professional life and yet take care of myself, anyone can, just as I was able to change, anyone can change too.
I know what it's like to be in that vicious cycle of endless work and thinking: I don't have time to go to the gym or to cook anything so the microwave is the solution...
I've been through that, and that's precisely why I know that the cycle can be broken! I know you can combine an intense professional life with a well-balanced health! I and many of my students are proof of that.
Seeing how yoga improves the lives of other people, of my students, fills me completely and in every way.
And the best thing? You can do it too without having to go through all the years of studying and training that I went through!
